In my painting Coca Cola Communism, I depict a solitary museum visitor contemplating an alternate reality—a vibrant, communist-style propaganda canvas centered around a waving red Coca-Cola flag.
By blending communist propaganda with one of the most recognizable corporate symbols of Western capitalism, I wanted to create a playful yet pointed critique of globalism.
